Customer Service Workshop - get ready for Easter and the Season...
Get your staff ready for the Easter holiday rush of customers by attending our one day workshop on Customer Service Skills. The one day workshop aims to give you the best practice tools and techniques to make sure your customers have the best experience so that they return to your business time and time again.
The workshop will be on the 2 April 2009 (0845 to 1630hrs) at the Marine Skills Centre in Falmouth. Please book in by emailing tim.bowerbank@cornwallmarine.net .
The workshop is part of our winter programme of business advice workshops - members who have attended have been learning the latest business techniques by industry gurus Chartered Institute of Marketing. Workshops have included:

- Email Marketing
- How to Write for the Web
- Search Engine Optimisation
- How to write the perfect press release
- Selling for non Sales People, plus many more...
The free business workshops have been funded by European Union money (ERDF Convergence Fund). It's been a real bonus for members as these workshops normally cost £500 per delegate per event. Cornwall Marine Network have been working closely with the South West Regional Development Agency and Cornwall Enterprise to gain the funding.
