Cornwall Development Company is the economic development service for Cornwall County Council and its mission is to achieve sustainable prosperity for Cornwall. It co-ordinates and enables partnerships and has helped to develop the economic development strategy for the county. Networking is an essential element of running a modern business which enables you to keep in touch with the latest developments and develop contact with potential clients more effectively. Across the county, there is a network of sector based organisations which come together as the Cornwall Sector Forum. Through events and regular meetings, the Forum provides sector leaders with the chance to share best practice, develop personal relationships with colleagues and access support and information relevant to business. The Forum also acts as a stronger body to lobby for resources or raise issues with official bodies.
